Booking Terms & Conditions

  1. We highly recommend you take out suitable travel insurance for both domestic & international travel.
  2. All prices quoted include relevant tolls and fees where applicable to the transfer.
  3. Baby seats, capsules and child booster seats are provided complimentary. These must be requested at the time of booking, as by Queensland law these are required for passengers up to and including 8 years of age. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to transfer you.
  4. Please note that pick up times for departures to the airport/cruise terminal/train station include recommended travel time and suitable time at the departure point. We are not liable for missed onward transport connections.

We recommend arriving at Cairns airport 1.5 to 2 hours prior to boarding for domestic flights and 2 to 3 hours prior for international flights. Please check www.cairnsairport.com.au for updated information. Marina, cruise liner and train station departures we recommend arriving 1 hour prior to boarding, please check with your forward transport connection for any updates.

  1. Cairns Airport Arrivals
  • Domestic Terminal ~ please make your way to the baggage claim/arrival hall, our drivers will meet you at the carousel for your nominated flight to assist you with your luggage. We arrive 15 minutes after your nominated flight lands. If you are delayed getting to the baggage claim, please contact our driver (or office). Please note that extended delays may incur additional costs and could result in us not being able to transfer you as booked.
  • International Terminal ~ please make your way to the arrivals hall (after customs and immigration) where our drivers will meet you 20 minutes after your nominated flight lands. If you are delayed getting to the arrival hall, please contact our driver (or office). Please note that extended delays may incur additional costs and could result in us not being able to transfer you as booked.
  1. In the event that you arrive prior to your scheduled pick-up time, we may not be able to meet you due to prior booked jobs. Please contact our office to arrange a suitable meeting point at your original pick-up time. *
  2. In the event that your flight/train or cruise is adversely delayed, we will endeavour to meet you at the new time, however, this may not be possible so we will contact you (or your booking agent) to advise of the situation and suggest alternate options. Charges may still apply as a no show to your original booking. As stated above we recommend you take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances. Please advise us if your flight number has been changed so we can adjust your booking and track your new flight. Failure to do so will result in additional charges and/or no shows fees.
  3. Rates quoted are for the direct trip any additional stops along the way must be pre-arranged at the time of reservation as additional waiting time will be levied to the journey at $30 per 15 minutes (or part thereof).
  4. Cancellation fees will only be waivered up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time, or a no-show will incur full charges.
  5. No food or drink is allowed in the vehicle (water is acceptable in a sealable bottle). A $250 cleaning fee will be levied if the vehicle requires detailed cleaning in the event of spills, food, or sickness causing the vehicle to be soiled and unusable for a period of time.
  6. There may be circumstances that that arise when we need to transfer your booking to another operator, in which case there will be no change in the price quoted by us. Such operators are registered and approved operators.
  7. The route between Cairns and Port Douglas is via the coastal road (Captain Cook Highway) with an approximate travel time of 1 to 1.25 hours. If for any reason (including but not limited to roadworks and adverse weather conditions or road shut down) this route is not available, we will have to operate via an alternate route which will incur additional charges (this could increase travel time to approximately 2.5 hours). We will provide updates as soon possible to any changes in routes based on the information we have been advised.
  8. Please note we do not operate any services on Christmas Day. We may also not be able to operate on the day of the Annual Cairns Iron Man Event due to the road closure.
